Story time! Cake disaster from last year! I did add dowel rods and support like I always do, so to this day I don't know how this happened, only thing I can come up with is whoever picked it up may have been driving wild because this is how it looked when I picked it up to fix it. I know lots of bakers have a policy of "when it leaves my hands I'm no longer liable" policy, but I wanted to still try to reconstruct this cake the best way I could so they could atleast have some pieces to cut into.
