New workout routine at the stairs at Tech Ridge is no joke! 🏃‍♀️ Living in Southern Utah there are so many parks and trails and these newly built stairs are a new community favorite! With 333 steps you definitely get your work out in for the day! 😅 Getting back in shape has been a total game changer for me! I’m finding the busier my kids get the more in shape I want to be! 😜 My goal is to be able to do five sets of stairs by the end of the month! I won't lie, walking down the stairs was tough
