To connect multiple pieces of geothermal HDPE piping, we use a process called pipe fusing 🔥 Heat and pressure allow 2 pieces of pipe to fuse and become stronger at the point of fusion that the original material independently. This is important to ensure the integrity of the material that is placed underground. No mechanical connections underground 🙅‍♀️ Disclaimer, it takes more time to fuse pipe.
